The Town of Simsbury would like to remind residents to post highly visible property numbers on your house and/or property. Property numbers that are highly visible will help to provide prompt services from the police, fire and ambulance departments, especially during an emergency. All members of public safety have experienced both the benefits of numbered properties and the delays and frustrations with not locating a property with ease. Please consider numbering your property with numbers that are visible from the street and are not less than 3 inches in height. Included is a copy of Town Ordinance Chapter 112 Numbering of Property.
