1. PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on June 25, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. to consider an amendment to Article 5 Section 18 of Chapter 141 of the Town Code of Ordinances entitled "Tax Abatement for Volunteer Firefighters and Ambulance Personnel - Eligibility" (see attached)
a) Open the Public Hearing
b) Receive public comment
c) Close Public Hearing
2. FINANCE
a) Review, discuss and possibly approve tax refunds as requested by the Tax Collector (see attached)
b) Review, discuss and possibly take action regarding the proposed ordinance that was the subject of the public hearing
3. MISCELLANEOUS
a) Review, discuss and possibly authorize the First Selectman to execute a resolution authorizing an application for funding through the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism (see attached)
b) Review, discuss and possibly authorize the First Selectman to execute a letter of agreement with Connecticut Light & Power for Energy Efficiency Services (see attached)
c) Review, discuss and possibly authorize the First Selectman to execute a contract addendum for Dial-A-Ride services (see attached)
d) Review, discuss and possibly take action concerning a request by William Walsh to assign the Farmland Ground Lease to the Friends of the Town Farm Dairy

5. RESIGNATIONS/APPOINTMENTS
a) Review, discuss and accept the resignation of Charles J. Nicol from the Culture, Parks and Recreation Committee effective June 22, 2007 (see attached)
b) Review, discuss and possibly appoint Karen E. Cortes as a full member of the Culture, Parks and Recreatio n Committee replacing Charles J. Nicol, for a term to expire on January 1, 2012.
c) Review, discuss and possibly appoint Jeffrey E. Tindall as a full member of the Aging & Disability Commission to fill a vacancy with a term to expire on January 1, 2012.

Pursuant to C.G.S. 1-200 (6)(B) to discuss tax abatements for low and moderate income housing
