Sealed proposals will be received at the Finance Office, Town Hall, 933 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, CT 06070, until Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., E.D.T. Proposals received after this time will be rejected. Proposals will be opened at the Town’s convenience. The viewing date for visual inspection of all items will be Wednesday, August 17, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. There will be no other viewing times. Attempts to view at any other time may lead to disqualification.

The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals or to waive defects in same if it be deemed in the
best interest of the Town of Simsbury.
